I would love to find Water Hyacinths for my backyard pond. They aren't as available in Florida as they are in the northern states because they can become invasive here. They have deep blue flowers and medium green leaves. They have a dense, fern-like root system. You can identify them even when not in bloom by the large, bulbous head or knob on the end of the shaft that keeps them erect/upright on the surface of the water. I will drive anywhere in Pinellas County and grant any mutually-agreeable requests in return for finding this plant. Any suggestions?
Thank you!
