1950's medical device for testing blood pressure. It's called a Baumanometer Stand By. This was commonly used by doctors over 60 years ago. It still has the mercury in it. I do not have the accessories that went with it, but if you blow into the hose, you can see the mercury rise, so I would venture to say that it is in working condition. It is 39" tall. Very rare and unique.
